Compliance & Ethics Hotline
Glocos is committed to providing a safe, secure and ethical working environment with open, honest and transparent communications.
Glocos’ reputation, as a trustworthy provider of services, depends on the integrity and ethics of every one of its employees.
Furthermore, Glocos employees have a duty to report known or suspected misconduct involving Glocos and any behaviour, or activity, infringing on the company’s Code of Conduct, values, policies and procedures, as well as the laws and regulations of the countries where we operate.
When concerns about integrity arise, we encourage the employees to immediately contact their managers or supervisors, Human Resources, or the Chief Compliance Officer.
Should the concerns not be resolved, or when the sensitivity of the subject requires it, the employees can report the issue by telephone or over the Internet to the Glocos Ethics Hotline .
The Glocos Ethics Hotline is managed by a third party company and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, granting a confidential and secure reporting structure, with the option to report the concerns anonymously.
Glocos will scrupulously investigate every report and will respond swiftly and consistently under our Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program protocols.
Glocos will not tolerate any form of retaliation or reprisal for questions and concerns raised in good faith.
